“So I raise a Morphine toast to you all and if you should happen to remember it’s the anniversary of my birth. Remember that you were loved by me and that you made my life a happy one. And there’s no tragedy in that”
I tell you something about that boy, he can cry on cue like no actor I’ve seen before. Bastard…
I’m afraid to see this movie. I damn near cried reading the synopsis. :S
And with good reason you should be. I have never wept as hard in my life as I did at the end of this film. Nevertheless, don’t let that deter you. It’s an emotional and tragic yet incredibly beautiful and funny film.
So I raise a morphine toast to you. And, should you remember that it’s the anniversary of my birth, remember that you were loved by me and you made my life a happy one. And there’s no tragedy in that.
Obligatory post after watching Third Star on DVD. Everything is clearer in hq. Even my tears…
